Step inside our holiday open house, an elegant take on festive decor
The photo shoot for our new winter collections—all about making holiday magic—called for a locale equally as enchanting. Tucked away in New York’s Hudson Valley, this Kingston charmer fit the bill.
We dressed the home in festive attire—a look we call “Magic Garden,” made up of jewel tones, candlelight and greenery galore.
In the dining room, start with a neutral foundation of earth tones. Pops of gold and exaggerated florals feel extra celebratory.
“For a luxe look that’s still laid-back, mix velvet with pieces that have a natural patina. Then, layer on florals as art.”

Top your tree with all the fixings: glass bulbs, origami-inspired paper shapes and sparkly gold starbursts. Nestle in sprigs of dried berries and botanicals for more depth and drama.
Sofa styling tip: For a chic and refined look, stick to a single fabric—we love the versatility of velvet.
Pillow talk: In a range of jewel tones, these pack a punch. When unified by a single fabric type, a few color pops keep things interesting but still pulled-together.
When long winter’s naps are on the agenda, make them the best part of the day. Mix and match layers of silky TENCEL™ Lyocell with crushed velvet or super-soft Cotton Cloud Jersey.
“Holiday plot twist: Festive doesn’t have to mean bold and bright. A darker palette feels unexpected and sophisticted.”

Feast, but make it festive. Hardworking tools come in holiday-ready finishes so that even prep and cleanup are entirely on theme.
